That's my running theory at the moment.

If there's still evidence of them around the house or on the directory, they're merely missing but there is hope we can find them.

If there's no more evidence of them being around and the locals here are acting like they never existed, I'm afraid there's not much we can do here.

[ not the most comforting to say but there's not much else daylight can do. especially when he asks around and gets the same answer:

dean? never heard of a dean before. ] Is he the only one unaccounted for in your social circle? Everyone else you know okay?
