I was thinking
If these bastards take our memories again, we're never going to find a way out of there.
I forgot who I really was, and I'm not letting it happen again.
So I'm going to write down everything. I'll make sure that if I wake up thinking I'm actually from 1961, I'll have all these notes telling me the truth
I'm not going to believe anyone but myself anyway
Just saying
maybe this could be a good idea

What I wonder is whether, in whatever mental state we might find ourselves in, we might be able to recognize these writings as our own? Maybe they'd just seem like some silly fantasy or poor fiction to us.

and it's obviously gonna be your own handwriting. There's no way you can't recognize that

We don't know enough about what whoever is behind this can do to affect memory and behavior. Under the influence, so to speak, you might go so far as to violently refuse to accept even the most glaring clues.
But we'll never find out if we don't try, and I'm inclined to agree with you there.

So
Did you get any of your memory wiped yet
@lilmonix3
You may not even see anything's written in the journal.

[ Well truth to be told, she had a particular interest in psychology, but she didn't want to speak of it. ]

They don't have video tapes here
And the movie theater sucks.

I prefer when you get to actually see what happens in the person's mind. Movies just use weird devices as cheap ways to foster a sense of horror. You should read books sometimes, it's got only positives to it!

HAVING THINGS IN WRITING, IN CASE WE FORGET SOME THINGS.
AND I'M SURE, I'D RECOGNIZE MY OWN HANDWRITING.
BUT WRITING EVERYTHING DOWN... WHERE JUST ANYONE COULD READ IT...
