I'M SURE IT'S GOING TO BE A BIG ACTIVITY.
A MUST-SEE FEBRUARY EVENT.

DOES EVERYONE HAVE SOME GOOD, CASUALLY FORMAL ATTIRE ARRANGED???

[After getting bullied into a different outfit at the Christmas Gala, he'd rather get a sense of what everyone else is planning to wear. And, while he's at it, doubly ensure that everyone has heard of the event - and caught on to the implied importance of going.]

[Admittedly she can understand it being the worst since Servants are usually a little more resistant to things. So getting used to being normal climate conditions again isn't fun.]

That would be preferable to another actual blizzard. Otherwise we'd need much warmer treats.
