Greetings to all who read this.
I would first and foremost like to extend my gratitude to those who reside here, to give my thanks to those who have helped me settle in this place. I find many things to be strange and trying to learn them in such an environment has often proved to be tricky. I see there are people here helping others and that alone gives me hope.
Are you all doing well? All things considered, anyone could be forgiven for feeling a little under the weather.
I suppose it is common courtesy to ask a question of things unknown on this thing and I will not deny that I am always curious to know such things. So, if you are comfortable then please leave a message here with a random truth about yourselves. Nothing is too vague.

Oh! For the random truth thing: I like gardening. If I get the chance, I'd like to start a flower garden but only after I tackle the whole 'needing new clothes' thing first. That feels a bit more important. [ but not as fun, alas. ]
text;
That is a great truth and I feel this place would benefit greatly from a flower garden. Not only would it be something to tend to, but it would be something many can contribute to as well.
...Needing new clothes?
no subject
Yeah. I don't know why it happened but I ended up growing two more feet overnight. I'm now, like, eight feet tall and a walking hazard in my own house. It's a headache to deal with right now.
[ ... it's not too much of a rant? ] The most I can tell myself is that it could be worse. It's a pain to fine clothes but it doesn't stop me from doing other things. Like plan the future flower garden I have in mind. If you ever want to hop in on the project, let me know. Always happy to include others in it.

I'm glad it doesn't prevent you from doing what you wish to and that you can see an opportunity in this place. I would be glad to offer my assistance with the gardening though I will admit I have never tried it before.

And speaking of learning- You're used to giants? Really? Are you guys super tall where you're from?
no subject
I'm considered average sized but I know beings much taller than myself. There are some that are extraordinarily tall and some who are more short in stature but all the more amazing for it.

My random truth is that I love to dance, but it wasn't considered an acceptable or dignified activity for someone in my position back home.
no subject
Really? Back home dancing is part of socializing. I know some who would think themselves above it, but it was never frowned upon.
no subject
I suppose since I'm considered a woman here, perhaps it is allowed. No one from home is around to tell me I can't, afterall.
no subject
I believe anyone is allowed to dance here regardless of gender. Dance to your heart's content.
no subject
Do you dance?
no subject
I learned how to dance but I have not done so in a while.
