It looks like people are going missing.

Two of my friends, Okuyasu and Kiara, haven't been responding to any of my messages or calls since yesterday.

I've gone around th town to see if I can get a glimpse of them and nothing. Nada. Zip. Jackshit.

Coupled with other faces not being seen around town anymore - Have you guys noticed anyone else not popping up? Or noticed your friends not responding to messages?

Let me know so we can keep a track of everyone's status.

( kinda scary, but decent. and now it's like he's been scrubbed from existence, which is somehow even more creepy than being suddenly implanted into a life that isn't yours. being scrubbed out of it again without a word. )

Makes sense there are multiple ways to fuck us over. Wouldn't be a proper place of dubiousness if they only have one method of getting rid of us.

Right now, I have a working theory on how we can differentiate those missing and those gone. Can you give me a couple of minutes first before I tell you? [ he's going to test it out now that he has the name of someone new to use. ]

if it helps, asking about dean just gets... confusion, like, they've never heard of him. like it's only been me and da vinci this whole time. he's not in the pictures on the walls anymore either.

That's my running theory at the moment.

If there's still evidence of them around the house or on the directory, they're merely missing but there is hope we can find them.

If there's no more evidence of them being around and the locals here are acting like they never existed, I'm afraid there's not much we can do here.

[ not the most comforting to say but there's not much else daylight can do. especially when he asks around and gets the same answer:

does that mean whoever did this, whoever trapped us here and whoever took them, intends to give them back? or are they entirely separate entities?

( he knows he's asking questions that can't be answered. but he'd rather let them out than letting them jangle around in his head. )

what else can he ask, what else can he ask- ] Who are the ones you know are missing? When did you last see them? I know Kiara and Okuyasu, personally.
